Policies/Health & Safety Certifications

Policies:

  • Late Policy: Due to a high volume of appointments, any client who arrives 15 minutes or more late, without prior discussion and/or agreement, will be charged a $10 late fee.

  • Cancelation Policy: We ask that you give 24 hours or more notice when canceling your appointment.

  • No Show Policy: If a client is considered a “no call no show” they will not be allowed to book again with Herbal Oasis until submitting a deposit fee of $20.00.

  • Payment Policy: All services must be paid through VENMO or CASH ONLY.

  • Location Policy: The exact location of the spa studio will be disclosed to you at the confirmation of your appointment. When you arrive please call or text (267)601-5938 and you will be escorted into the studio.

  • COVID Policy: A mask is required upon arrival. You will be asked to sanitize your hands once entering. Due to COVID NO GUESTS are permitted in the spa studio.
